Kampa – Redefining Student Productivity
Client: Blue Circle Labs (internal)
Challenge: Students often face distractions, scattered resources, and a lack of collaboration tools, making focused study difficult. We identified the need for an all-in-one productivity app tailored to the academic environment.
Solution: We are developing Kampa, a study companion app that combines Pomodoro timers, to-do lists, shared learning materials, and group study sessions into a single seamless experience. The app is designed to keep students focused while encouraging collaboration.
Impact: Early pilot testing shows promising results, with students reporting improved focus and retention. Upon launch, Kampa aims to increase task completion rates and reduce study-related distractions by at least 30–40%, setting a new standard for student productivity tools.
GeeGee – Canadian Ride-Sharing Platform
Client: GeeGee
Challenge: Existing ride-sharing apps overlook Canadian-specific needs like harsh winters, multilingual requirements, remote community access, driver economic stability, and privacy compliance, leading to surge pricing issues, safety gaps, and exclusion of vulnerable users.
Solution: We developed a robust platform using Next.js and Firebase, with next-i18next for seamless language switching, Framer Motion for engaging animations, and Google Gemini API for AI-powered chat support. It includes pre-order rides with discounts, pet/gear matching, vulnerable rider protocols, sustainability optimizations, and an admin dashboard for seamless management.
Impact: Empowers safe, affordable transport across Canada, boosts driver earnings with fair shares and maintenance funds, enhances inclusion for diverse users, reduces emissions through optimized routing, and provides open anonymized data for community planning—set for Toronto MVP launch in late 2026.
One City Entertainment – Premium Event Ticketing & Experience Platform
Client: One City Entertainment
Challenge: Organizing high-impact cultural events in the UK while bridging Nigerian talent with international audiences required a reliable, professional ticketing system that could handle complex multi-event purchases, secure payments, dynamic QR ticketing, and automated confirmations.
Solution: We built a full-featured event platform using Next.js and Firebase, integrated with Stripe for secure payments, Postmark for personalized ticket confirmations, and Framer Motion for smooth, engaging user experiences. The system supports multi-event carts, individual QR codes per ticket, calendar integration, and robust admin/webhook flows.
Impact: Enabled seamless ticket sales across multiple events, eliminated manual coordination bottlenecks, provided buyers with instant digital tickets and add-to-calendar functionality, and gave the team reliable order tracking and revenue visibility.
Ukuse Gallery – Instant Event Gallery
Client: Ukuse Gallery
Challenge: Event hosts in Nigeria struggled to collect and share high-quality photos/videos from guests without requiring apps, logins, or complicated tools, resulting in scattered memories across personal devices.
Solution: We created a seamless, QR-code-driven platform that lets guests upload photos and short videos in real-time during events. Features include personalized branded galleries, unlimited uploads, instant viewing, privacy controls (public/private/password), shareable links, mobile-first design, host dashboard for management, and permanent online storage.
Impact: Transformed how events preserve memories — hosts now receive complete, organized digital collections effortlessly, guests contribute instantly, and shared links keep celebrations alive forever.
